1st stage:
planning & design
Based on the customer’s needs, we can take charge of realising overall and detailed layouts as well as of sizing certain elements. Our designers work on the basis of models or partial layouts and are able to realise your layouts in 3D.
CUTTING & BENDING
2nd stage:
preparing the materials
Our sheet metal department takes charge of preparing the reel-to-reel materials intended for machining or machine welding: cutting with saws, shear cutting, cutting by plasma and water jet, CNC sheet bending.
MACHINING
3rd stage:
realisation & assembly
Next, our teams proceed with the realisation: turning, milling, boring, welding and assembling machine groups. The group can be assembled in our workshops and/or on site.
